Thanks Goofy_Mom! I looked at the site and they have some awesome recipes and ideas.... And I defintely have a giant sweet tooth ( part of the problem I think)! I liked that it had some alternative ideas on what to make for the holidays too.
Thanks Shellyf62 for the chicken idea. I always try to have some of those frozen veggie steamer bags on hand in the freezer to use as a side too. I love to cook but I am with you on the no-fuss dinners....atleast during the work week anyway.
Should we pick a certain day as "beginning of the week"?
. I would suggest that you DON'T weight yourself everyday, once a week is fine. To me, its depressing to work so hard and see such little results on a daily weigh in. Also, let your pants be your guide. If they're getting looser, you're loosing inches. Even if the scale doesn't move, you're probably gaing muscle. The more muscle you have the more fat you burn even at rest and the better you look. Everything looks so smooth on tight body.
