My parents are going to hate that. The reason my dad always wants to go in August is for the weather. Sadly, there's more rain in August then there is in December, by about 10mm.

it is according to the size of the storm. I have been in Katrina and Gustav and they were horrible. We had to get out in Louisiana.

yeah, pretty much. when we went we also went to vero for 5 days in the middle. so we had 2 days of horrible rain, 5 days of nice weather, 3 days or horrible rain. but the rai stops for about an hour or two in the middle of the day.
