It WAS a penalty, 'running into the kicker'. The kicker did some acting, but, he really didn't have to. It seemed cut and dried to me, and I even wanted the Steelers to win.

Is it just me or does Cowher seem to have to whine aboutsomething every time the Steelers lose?

Everyone I was watching it with thought it was a bad call. And, like FunkyRooster, I'm a NY Giants Fan wondering what good it does us that the refs admitted they made a bad call? A little disheartening that so many of these playoff games are being won or lost based on one or two calls. It almost makes you yearn for the blowout games where there is no question as to who really won the game. But, in the end, I guess it all adds up to the "you never know what's going to happen" excitement of why we love sports, win or lose!

Sorry folks...it was the right call. Not a good time for the call if you are a Steelers fan, but the right call was made. If you have played the game at any level above pee-wee, kickers a TAUGHT to draw the penalty with the act. Sometimes it works...sometimes it doesn't . In this case, contact was made with the kicker...and that is a penalty. The acting job helped...Sorry Steelers......maybe next year....

Steeler fans, take it like a man and quit

Just like a Browns fan to show half my quote and then comment to us Steeler fans to take it like a man. If anyone read the rest of my post, they would see I did say I didn't agree but I accepted it and the game shouldn't have come down to one play. If you're going to quote me, please tell the whole story.
