The Stack???

Hey im going to be going on a 7 day western magic cruise on feb 28 and i was wondering if any one here has any teenagers that have been to the stack. I know its a new thing from last year when i went. How is the danceing at night? music?

BUMP. Ive been on the disney cruise twice to Common Grounds. Is it any different now? The pics on the web site looked like it might be a completely new location!!!!!!

yea they got rid of comon grounds and it is in the espn sky box now (the stack). I hear its alot better but i was just wondering about the questions above.

It's a lot bigger than Common Grounds was...and the tables can be pushed back against the walls to make room for dancing. THere's a party every night, different theme each night. The teens have their KTTW card encoded so that they can go to the 10th floor; little brothers and sisters can't get there on the elevator. Of course, others can take elevator to 9 and walk to 10 (the teens don't think of that!).

The new location means a lot less "stray" people just popping in, not realizing what the area is. That was a problem with Common Grounds being right next to the pools.

Teens may choose to participate in the programming or choose to just "hang out." This is a big change from the Lab, where if you are checked in, you are expected to participate.

We will be on the Magic 28 Feb.too. We have 2 teenage DD(13and 15). The older one was in Common Grounds two years ago.

Do you have DD or DH and how old are they ?

I have one sister and one brother and they are both 11. They are going to spend there time in the lab. i think thats what the 10-12 group is. Ill Probally see your daughters on the cruise.
