We are both getting very close now! Our trips are right around the corner!!!

Yay for finding a dog sitter!

And Happy Easter!!!

Were are still working on the dog sitter...and hopefully it will all work out. We are going to do another trial run tomorrow if I don't have to work the retail job.

Worked at the store all day Easter, but was glad to come home to my son being home for spring break!

That's awesome that you may have a free dog sitter. It can really add a lot to the cost of a vacay to have to board the dog so that's great.

I will still pay her, but it will be much less expensive and better for all involved!

I have the same issues with my knees... Most of my cartilage is gone... I do have to say - since I've lost size and eliminated most grains from my diet (an inflamitory food) I have virtually no knee issues and no feet issues anymore. Before - it was super hard for me to walk. I know I was also looking at a double knee replacement, but like you - I was holding off as long as possible, because I didn't want to have it done multiple times. So, losing size, I think, is only half the battle - I think that eliminating the inflamitory foods were a huge part of it. Now... I don't feel like I have any problems with my feet or my knees anymore at all, so hopefully I can push off the knee replacement indefinitely. Just food for thought - literally.

Hehehe... about feet in flip flops... If you ever meet me - be mentally prepared to meet my feet too. LOL It's rare that I am ever not in flip flops.

I know D~. It will help some, but for me just having the right shoe support works wonders...and more on that later!

So one of the two pairs of shoes I ordered came in today. The Saucony Stabil 3. OMG! They are awesome without an insert! I was not sure about them at first, because the back of the heel seems really low, but once I started walking in the,...no knee pain. I love when my knees align correctly! Amazing how the body is supposed to work! So if only I could wear them to either job! Well, I can wear them on Fridays to my mortgage paying job.

Not so happy here. I MISSED A TON OF STUFF so i need to go back and start again!!!

I have never eaten here. I was a little scared of the lunch and dinner foods (I am a little adventuresome in eating but not too much!), so I chose breakfast.

We did Dinner and did NOT like it at all!!! But we did go back for Breakfast and did like it a lot!! GREAT CHOICE!!!

I am looking forward to trying a new adventure. I just wish they still did the photo op with Belle.

Since when? we got it in Sept?!?!

ortho told me I had the worst knees he had seen for a 40 year old...yeah me!

Sing it sister! mine started at 18. damn Volleyball! i also need two replacements. so far the only shoe that helps are my Adidas. have yet to find a good work shoe. i have the go walks NO SUPPORT whatsoever.

(ortho told me I had the worst knees he had seen for a 40 year old...yeah me!...and looking at a double knee replacement in my future...that was 15 years ago, and I am holding off as best I can for another 10-15 years as I know they don't last that long...I have no cartilage in my knees...basically bone on bone.) He said loosing weight would help some but not necessarily get rid of the pain/issues. The flip flop issue for me is I just have a weirdness about me...I just think feet are disgusting...can't stand seeing peoples feet...yeah weird I know! LOL! I will post my shoe decision. in a separate post.

I think we are twins! I refuse to have anymore surgeries. REFUSE. 2 on each knee so far hasn't done a dang thing for me i don't want replacements until i can no longer walk.

This would be so awesome if it works out and will save me lots of money!

OH i hope Dunkin falls head over heals for her! If he likes her you have a good person you know dogs are a great sense of humankind!!!

I just adore all your gifts! What a lucky girl Zoe is! the Cinderella swimsuit is my favorite!! SO CUTE!!!!

I love the countdown size. Did you recreate the Disney font yourself by hand or did you use some sort of computer program or something else? I REALLY, REALLY, want to get the Disney font so I can create signs and stuff for my scrapbooks and just because it reminds me of Disney so much. I use Microsoft Word mostly and Publisher too. So, I need to see if I can purchase the font somewhere.

Been working a lot this week at my second job (retail), so another drive by post...got Mickey email today stating that my Magic Bands should be here TOMORROW!!!! WHOO HOO! Possibly will be able to post some tonight, but the dog whisperer is coming over tonight and we are anticipating sever weather in the area tonight, so it may not happen....I will at least get some responses today!

I wish I was this talented. A friend of mine (started out as a friend here on the DIS and met in real life!) gave it to me. The Mickey head is chalkboard so I just change the # everyday.

I got them from a "full figure site", but they shipped from Shoe Buy and you can get them at Academy Sports I believe too. I will post a picture of them tonight. Tomorrow will be the first full day test. I can't normally wear them to either job, but I can wear them on Fridays to my mortgage paying job. I hope I feel the same way as I do now when I get home tomorrow!

I can't believe it has been so long since I posted a real update! It has been a VERY BUSY week-two weeks for me. I normally only work my second job 5 or so hours a week...sometimes occasionally 10 hours...so far this week (starts on Sunday) I am at 13 hours and work tomorrow night and Saturday during the day. So it really throws off my days when I do that, but I truly love that job and as hard as it is, it is also fun!

So as I mentioned above, I get to wear the new shoes all day tomorrow (until I go to the second job). Here is a picture of them:





I also should get the Sketchers Gowalk3s in tomorrow. These will be my at the hotel after a long day in the park shoes. But I am curious how they will fit. I had tried on a regular width at the store (they had no wide widths in my size to try), so I got what I think I should wear in a wide.

Day 5:

It's Magic Kingdom Day 1 for Zoe!

We don't have an early ADR this day so we will eat breakfast in the room/food court, but I would like to be at Rope Drop as this is the only time Zoe will get to see the opening show this trip.

Our FP+ for the day are all in the afternoon:

• Meet & Greet Cinderella & Rapunzel 2-3pm
• Seven Dwarves Mine Train 3:20-4:20pm
• The Elusive Meet & Greet with Anna & Elsa 4:30-5:30pm

The Anna & Elsa FP+ was the first FP+ I made when my window opened up! This morning we will probably hit up Fantasyland.. I have Kim working on a list of things that Zoe wants to do. And if we have time do Tomorrowland. Not much here for us to do. We hopefully will meet Stitch as that is Haley's favorite character. We must do Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin and while some people ride Space Mountain, the rest of us will do Tomorrowland Transit Authority TTA or Peoplemover). I would like to see Carousel of Progress but don't know if the crowd will go for that (and I am okay with that). So if we can get those and a few things done in Fantasyland I will call it a good deal. We need to leave at least at 11 (maybe a little earlier) for an early lunch ADR at 11:45 at

Whispering Canyon Café!

This is one of our must dos. We normally like to eat dinner here after our water park day. But since we are not doing a water park this trip we decided to do lunch instead of dinner. We will be cutting it tight for our FP+, but I figure we have until 3 to get to the Cindy queue.

I know this has gotten a lot of mixed reviews, but I am really looking forward to this! This is the one MUST DO I had for this trip! I am very excited!

Day 6 Plans

Today we DO have to be up and moving early because we have a pre-park open ADR for

Cinderella's Royal Table!

When we decided to ask Haley & Zoe to join us, and once they said yes, we immediately got on the computer and made this ADR. This was a month after we could make ADRs so we were not sure we could even get one. But we did (and this was one of the easy ones to add a person to!) This will be as much fun to watch Zoe and Sabrina and even Matt while we are here. I think I am the only one that has been here before.

Our FP+ for the day:

Peter Pan 10:05-11:05 am
Splash Mountain (what was I thinking...I will be wet the rest of the day!) 12:50-1:50pm
Seven Dwarves Mine Train again 2:00-3:00pm

We also currently have a late lunch ADR for Be Our Guest. I am not sure we are going to keep this one. Matt is still unemployed so we may be paring some dining down, and this one may go.

Lucky duck! Still no change on the shipping tracking for me! That notice is such a tease! I was all prepared to be patient. Afterall I wasn't expecting them for another two weeks. But now I know the order is sitting somewhere and I'm all anxious. Though I bet they beat the shipping info to my house like last time.
