What do you recommend here? I would like to do a package, but the website I found doesn't really explain the different massages or packages. It just lists them. Can you help me find one to surprise my DH with? Thanks!

I'm not sure I can recommend a package for men but I can tell you that with the package, you do each treatment and return to the general lobby (where everyone is waiting for treatments) in between each treatment, something I did not like at all (not something I've experienced at other spas) because it was busy and kind of took away from the relaxation of the treatment I had just finished.

I've done a lot of individual treatments here and one package, the mystical forest one that included a massage, a facial and a scrub. It was the worst scrub I've ever done. The massages here have ranged from very good to just okay, depending on the therapist. The facials I've had have always been good.

I usually treat my sons and daughters in law to treatments when we do a family vacation. They have done gentleman's facials and massages.

I treated my DW to a package in 2006, and she did not have to come out to the waiting room in between. However, I don't think it was that busy at the time.

DW loved it. However, DW is not a frequent flyer when it comes to Spa's. As a result, DW may just have enjoyed the time alone.

The hot stone massage is amazing! I was not thrilled with the mani/pedi experience. Not that it was poor..but there was nothing really special about it for the cost. Next time, I'll hit the local salon for the nails and spend that money on another service.
