Hi all! Just returned from our much awaited family reunion at Disney World. While we were there we happened upon a really cool souvenir that DH fell in love with, but decided not to get. It was a large statue of Kermit the Frog with lighted fireflies that played the Rainbow Connection- I think it was around $150. We saw it first at the Art of Disney and then later in the week in the shop at the end of the Animation tour at MGM. Now that we're home I'd like to find out how I could purchase it as a present for DH's birthday. Is there a website to buy park merchandise? Or a phone ##?? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

There is a number but I don't know it anymore. You could try calling the stores they would tell you how to do it. Call the WDW info line. DH has purchased like that before.

I used the phone number for WDW Merchandising and ordered light-up drum sticks - I saw them on a cart at Epcot but forgot to buy them when I had a chance! WDW Merchandising was wonderful, as we got our order fairly quickly. Actually they were better than expected, as somehow they sent my order twice but only charged me once! So I got two sets of the drum sticks. (And yes, I called them to tell them the error!) But only good things to say about calling them and ordering over the phone! :)

Well the souvie i am kickin myself over is along the same lines. I really wanted the 2 foot tall sorcerer mickey in World of Disney for $150 or so. Did not get it because of its size and we were afraid if shipping it so we passed. Oh how i wished we had it!!!

I want it all and an ompa loompa too! LOl

:rotfl2:

The only thing I regret not buying was years ago I saw an ALice in Wonderland PVC and a Mickey mouse PVC set, you know the sets with all the related characters together. I wish I had bought those.

At Disneyland Paris there was an adorable pink ceramic childs' Minnie tea set. The next day was my birthday and I hinted like crazy for my husband to buy it for me. (DD picked up on the hint and told him, too.) He didn't buy it and I didn't buy it, and I wish I had!
