The Sopranos final episodes (SPOILERS!!!)

Yes, I laughed at that part! helped me recover from that very graphic scene with AJ :scared1:

I know, I sat on the edge of my seat saying to myself, OMG over and over again. Like I said, that was very hard to watch.

It was very well done, dramatic. AJ wants to live, maybe he'll realize that.

I wonder if Coco will take revenge on Meadow or Carm?

Does anyone else find it significant that Tony would discover a tooth that he had violently removed from Coco's mouth in his cuff? I interpreted the tooth to represent the underlying issue of Tony's violent lifestyle that comprises the core of A.J.'s nihilism. In the therapy session Tony points to Carm as the primary cause of A.J.'s problems and is promptly confronted with the true moral dichotomy that is tearing A.J. apart.

That part with Phill talking out of the window seemed odd to me. It was almost as if it was a tape recording of him talking. It just didn't seem right. You couldn't even see his face.

Yes, that was weird. I keep straining to see through the screen to see if it was really Phil.

I thought it was odd too. Maybe it was a recording and Phil was wacked. Maybe it's some kind of set-up for Tony...

The entire A.J. thing was very difficult to watch. This episode had a very dark tone to it. Another great episode and great acting by all!

That is a good theory Nik's Mom!
AJ was really crying! Wow!
Did you guys see Tony's face after Meadow and Carmella told him about that guy? He was so mad! He was just looking in the distance with anger in his expressions! Then he was off to "a meeting".

What cracks me up is little Carmine's butchering of the English language. I appreciated his use of the word "alteration" for altercation and saying that T was on the precipice of a cross roads :lmao:

Other than that, very, very dark episode.

The funniest part of tonight's show, for me, was when Phil was discussing the finer points of compromise with Tony. I half expected him to end it by telling Tony to go get his blanking shinebox. :lmao:

One good thing about this show is it's very unpredicable! How are they going to finish this in 2 episodes!!
It makes me mad that they are not having it on next weekend! If it is because of the holiday weekend, that makes no sense--it started on Easter!!!

Now I have to keep HBO for another week. It will probably be in the next months billing cycle too!

That scene with Tony and AJ beside the pool was just great -well done! I could just feel Tony's feeling of helplessness as a Dad, and his love for his son, at that moment.

I also was cracking up when tony was murdering the english language too. He said to his shrink about all the YING and yang, isnt is supposed to be YIN and yang?!! What tony did to that guy who insulted Meadow is known as a "curb Job" here in Brooklyn. its sad that I know that!! The scene with AJ really made me cry, so sad to see him be so depressed. I thought that it was wierd that you didnt see Phil either, that he could have been forced to say what he did out of his window, but then you do see him in the previews of the upcoming show. Have no idea what will happen, its getting to be nail biting time!

Yuck....too much AJ, IMO. They were focusing on him so much that I nearly got up and went to find something else to do. I did read a spoiler that he throws himself into the pool, so it was no surprise to us. And Meadow? Just wait. There are spoilers about her, too.

The tooth in the cuff made me think of Tony's dream when his teeth were falling out. That's symbolic for something, but I don't know what.

Carmine was as eloquent as ever...:) Even Paulie had me laughing with his final anecdote.

I'm really starting to wonder where they're going with the terrorist thing.

Does anyone have a good spoiler website or maybe just a Sopranos fan board?

The previews for the next show (or maybe it was for the next two shows) look very interesting. I get the feeling they'll be a revenge 'hit'?? The way Carmella and Meadow were standing next to each other looking at something and how they showed Tony's sister outside his house turning around. Also, wasn't there a scene with AJ on the ground, on his back, crying and it seemed like someone was above him. Oh boy. I can't wait.

I know this theory is far-fetched, but I was thinking last night, could it be possible that Tony is Kevin Finnerty and he's been dreaming that he's Tony Soprano? I know, far-fetched, but I'm driving myself crazy trying to figure out how this is all going to end.

That would really stink. I hope that's not true. That would be like the way they ended "St. Elsewhere"...it was all the imagination of an autistic boy...a cop out ending, IMO.

I also noticed Carmine's language faux pas...lots of the characters do it, it's very funny. And did anyone notice Silvio reading "How to Clean Practically Anything"...:rotfl2:

I really have no idea where this show is going to go in the next two episodes. Seems like there are way too many loose ends.

I did feel bad and had a tear in my eye when the Soprano family was saying goodbye to AJ at the hospital...you could feel their anguish as parents.

Best acting on TV, hands down.
