Claire, we had shoulder on Saturday after watching the programme last week and it was absolutely delicios hence why we are having it again tonight. It does need to be cooked for a long time but it was so worth it - we cooked it for 20 mins initially at 230 C then turned oven down to 180 C and gave it 45 minutes per lb. It took about 4 hours in total but was yummy!
I love belly pork too but prefer the slices done on the BBQ
Trouble is, it's not very WW friendly so I may have to be extra good for the next few days.
