The site has been down for maintenance

since yesterday? When I went to bed last night it was down (and had been for several hours). I figured it would definitely be up by now. It's still down??? Is this normal to have it be this long?

It's not just you. I just tried to pull it up and got the same message. Maybe they'll actually have the tables loaded for Ohana, Garden Grill, and Chef Mickey's when it comes back up.

Same thing was happening yesterday morning. It started working again at around 11 AM or so (EST).

I checked a few moments ago to make sure my reservation change I made yesterday was showing and It was working for me. Refresh and try again maybe it's up now?

I've been checking every few minutes. Still down for me. Can't make reservations and can't see my existing ones.

I just went now and received the site down for maintenance message. I also received it briefly yesterday, but have been on between those times and booked and canceled reservations without a problem.

Yesterday after it was down, a poster mentioned and I found Chef Mickey lunch reservations. Now I am hoping there is something else good being added.

I had some issues yesterday and the site was down but then it worked and then all day and this afternoon it worked...now it's back down for maintenance. Hoping that maybe some new ADRs will open up - wishful thinking

I can't see any of my reservations. I've called to check that they are really there, and they are, but its been several weeks now and the system still can't retrieve any of them!

I have had the same issue since February, then again in March, then again in April, and each time I called to inquire about the problem, they said "we are aware of the problem and it should be fixed soon"!

I haven't had any problems. I use Mozilla though. Maybe that is why. Also, I recently updated all my viewing programs.

Figured it out! I needed to update my profile--a good google search for the problem and a quick profile update and everything is showing up. Which is good b/c I see they have my Crystal Palace reservation for the WRONG DAY!! We will be well on our way home when they have us reserved! WHAT!?! And of course the reservation site is down and I can't try to fix it! Ugh!

It worked fine in Firefox but not Internet explorer. The system was still weird though. I would search for Saturday and 55 places were available, search again and only 45 lol. I played that game for about 20mins and managed to score an ohana ADR for dinner. I even got to pick between two times!
