The Silly and Mischievous Adventures of Four Crazy Canucks - FINAL THOUGHTS 2/1

YAY you went to the Beach Club....my happy place. And ate one of their amazing cheeseburgers. I would love to have one of those right now, instead of the dry Nurti-Grain bar I just ate (yuck).
I cannot believe you tried to tackle the Kitchen Sink with two people. What was Erich thinking, getting his own sundae!?

How'd you like the little show they did bringing out the Kitchen Sink.:lmao:

Your eye doesn't look bad in the pictures, hope it was starting to feel better!

Oh Yea!! I'm writing B&C into our plans now!!!
Hope the eye clears up. First a rash, rat, eye!! You poor thing!::confused3

I loooooooooovvveeeee the Beach Club!!! :lovestruc It's one of my favorite places in all of Disney! Isn't Beaches and Cream cute?? You went at the perfect time, too. On our trips in 2005 and 2006 we went at around 5:30 and it was packed. The food's great but we've never gotten the Kitchen Sink. I love the pictures! I can't even imagine getting all that ice cream but it looks sooo good! Great update!

how much bigger is the jose, and i wonder if you can ask for te sink without the whiped cream, or maybe a plate to scoop it off so you can eat the ice cream

Alek found himself a date while we were exploring this path, isn't she lovely? :rolleyes1

Of course I had to laugh.....it something I might've done. I'll have to remember this for my next trip..

The ride was okay, nothing too thrilling, I think Mom and Erich coudl have handled it no problem.
I love how Janet and CE were concerned about me :rotfl2:

Yeah I was disappointed I didn't like it more after reading about how much people love it.
That was probably part of it! I love it so much more when I ride with the girls and we do silly stuff, you'll have to ride with us next time :thumbsup2

We chatted a bit and then Mom and Jo started to go on about this English soap called Coronation Street that they both watch. Sorry Jo but I sorta zoned out on that part of the conversation.
 How dare you  :rotfl2: It was so funny we bumped into each other, I seemed to that loads that trip. And I was so good at insisting we had a photo taken :rotfl2:

That IS odd that the CM didn't know where B & C was.

I know right!? Maybe they were new but if that was the case then they definitely should not have had a job where they were placed out in the lobby where guests would most definitely approach and ask questions.

You met Jo again AND you got a picture! :faint: Amazing! :)

I know right! Aside from Kat I ran into Jo the most on this trip. Even though the trip was planned around Fockerfest there is just something surreal about being in WDW and running into somebody you know or call you out in a crowd or restaurant.

Those burgers look good - I would imagine they beat the pants off the park CS ones...

They sure do! So yummy!

 I really liked what I saw of the Beach Club, it is on my list of places to stay in the future. Maybe we'll dump the Poly and stay at the Beach Club? :lmao: Maybe a split stay?

I know, I don't remember why exactly Erich didn't want in on the Kitchen Sink. If it had been my decision I would not have done it with just two people but Alek said I talked it up so much that we HAD to do it.

The show is pretty entertaining, nothing like having a restaurant full of people think you are a huge pig!

My eye was starting to recover during the lunch. In fact by the time we left and were walking back to Epcot it was hardly bothering me. Whatever had gotten in there must have worked its way out.

You saw Jo!!! Awesome!

I so want a Kitchen Sink. Yum.

 If I were to do a kitchen sink again I would ask for it without the whipped cream and without the pineapple.

Oh Yea!! I'm writing B&C into our plans now!!!

I know, I was a miserable creature this trip. The eye did clear up at some point during the lunch, I barely noticed any irritation afterwards.

I did enjoy Beaches and Cream, can't wait to go back. I planned to get there early for the reason you stated above, I didn't want to fight for a table. ;)

The No Way Jose would have been the size of Erich's sundae, so still pretty big but nowhere near the kitchen sink.

I love this pix!!!!!!!!!

Thank You!

Definitely

 Sorry, want to know something funny, two guys at work watch Coronation St and will talk about it in the office. I can't get away! What I find most humorous about it though is that one of them is a young single guy in his 20's, not the typical Corrie viewer. I tease him unmercifully about it.

Lessa forgot to add the Alek and I vowed to order the ice cream again on our next visit and finish it. And just to add I am a bottomless drain. You know where I can eat a lot of food, then have a five-ten minute break and eat just as much. Because sometimes the pipe gets overloaded and you need to wait for it to be sink down a bit so more can go down.

It's true, he can stuff himself full at an all you can eat buffet and 10 minutes after leaving be hungry again. :scared:

My brother does the same thing  A bunch of us went out for lunch in the city this afternoon and Mike was starving again by the time we got home, a half-hour later

Except with me at Sci Fi:rolleyes1
I think the rain had something to do with that :confused3

I know right! Aside from Kat I ran into Jo the most on this trip.
That's because I'm obviously your favourite ;) :rotfl2:

Morning Lessa ! Jo Coronanation Street has to be the longest running soap ever !!I remember it as a kid and growing up , back in the Albert Tatlock days !! Now I am really dating myself !!:rotfl2:

I do like your videos. Doug and I didn't get to see the Jaminators. That was nice to watch.
The Kitchen Sink is so huge.
Your eye looked better in the last few picsand the one with Jo.

The kitchen sink was enormous!

My eye got better at some point during the meal, it was a relief as I can not imagine what it would have been like to have a watery eye all day.
