Hi Lessa! I printed out your TR last night and I'm all caught up! Yay me! :cheer2:
I have decided that you need to help me write my TR. ::yes:: I just love how you write - and your family is so great! Amazing pictures, and the videos are just icing on the cake... mmmm.... cake. I'm still really bummed we had to cancel our Aug trip. :sad1: Jordan & I were really looking forward to meeting you! Oh well, maybe someday... :goodvibes

Take care,
Michelle

P.S. I showed my DH your Wall-E pics last night, and he is even more excited about going. He loves Wall-E!

P.P.S Thanks for the Four for a Dollar and B&B vids. I'm so upset we won't get to see then one more time.

:rotfl: We had soooo many pics of B&B too!

Where did you see those four dudes???

Four dudes? I assume you mean Four for a Dollar? :confused3 They perform before the Beauty and the Beast show.

are you telling me that you guys did not draw the characters after you saw mushu.

That's right, we didn't do anything after Mushu as the lines were too long and we needed to head to Beauty and the Beast.
i see, a tip for next time, if you want to go to the drawing acadmeny, you can just go through the exit and skip the mushu thing, we did that 3 times last year.

I am excited, the latest rumour on the Cruise boards is that DCL is heading for Northern Europe 2010. If that is true I will be so tempted to switch our reservations once again. Hey Jo, will your house be ready for visitors by then? Better get that caravan all set up. :lmao:

OOO... I must check into this! DD wants to go to Europe DESPERATELY! I have no desire, but said that maybe I'd try a Disney Cruise and she and DH can go off on excursions and I can stay put on the ship. :goodvibes

Nice! I love that show.... and after having seen the Broadway show I tell ya that 17 minute one is WAY better.
I think Beauty and the Beast in HS was MUCH better than the Broadway show. We saw the girl who played Kim Possible as Belle, and she was too "pop". And the ignorance of parents not explaining theatre behavoir to their children is very discouraging. As great as Disney has been to bring these stories to Broadway for all ages to see, some of these families act as if they are at the $1.99 Tuesday matinee in the local movie theatre. :guilty:

:rotfl: I take it we won't be going to see The Little Mermaid when I get around to visiting you in New York.
Go see "Hairspray" or "Mary Poppins" or "Gypsy" or "Phantom", or.... :rotfl: (can you tell I LOVE :lovestruc Broadway Theatre?! )
Jo needs to give us dates for NYC trip so we can all make a pilgrimage to the Big Apple. :thumbsup2

I am smelling a BIG NYC Meet next April!!!!!

Let me know if you take a detour over to New Jersey! :goodvibes

Gaston looks a lot like eddie munster to me...and ewww the panty hosed muscles are gross!

Keep your eyes open for it, they usually announce the itineraries in Oct or Nov.

I know what you mean, it amazes me when I see people go the theatre dressed in jeans and t-shirts. :sad2:

 Yeah, the fake muscles were pretty gross looking. We busted a gut when we noticed them upon reviewing our pictures that night.

Luckily for us our fastpasses for Tower of Terror were ready to be used just as Beauty and the Beast ended. Alek and I made arrangements to meet Mom and Erich at the Villain store once we were done with the ride. The line moved quickly and we pretty much walked right into the library/pre-show room.

Some random photos I snapped while people were still filing in.

We didn't have to wait long to get loaded into the elevator either.

Here's my attempt at getting a shot of the "ghosts". If I had had Erich's camera with the awesome zoom it would have turned out even better.

This ride was so much fun, I attempted to get a shot of the park right before we dropped but I was not fast enough. lol

We of course had to redneck our ride photo. I busted out laughing when I saw that the ride camera had caught me with my camera trying to get that picture of the park.

Alek looked around the gift shop for a shirt that he saw last year. Sadly for him they did not have it anymore.

We headed down the street to our rendezvous point. Mom and Erich weren't there yet so we looked around the shop for a while.

We started to get a bit irritated when they still weren't anywhere to be seen and we had been at that shop for well over 15 minutes and been separated from them for about 45. We went to stand outside hoping we would see Erich's brightly coloured poncho making its way over but no dice. After a few minutes Alek said that he would walk back down to Tower of Terror as maybe Mom and Erich had thought to wait for us in the dump shop not realizing we would get on the ride so quickly. So he took off to look for them while I stood in the sheltered entrance to the store keeping an eye out for them. Alek showed up after about 10 minutes, he had found them but not at Tower of Terror. They had decided to stop for lunch at Rosie's and Erich had apparently been by the store to fetch us, we must have just missed him. Anyways I was beyond irritated, I had been planning on us going for lunch at Pizza Planet or the ABC Commissary, you know somewhere that was indoors and sheltered from the rain, silly me.

Alek led me back to where they were seated, they had found a table that was under a shelter, but still outside. Mom had already got her food, I can't for the life of me remember what she had. I was still in a mood so I went up with Alek and Erich to grab our meals. I got a pizza, no surprise there, and Alek and Erich each got a burger and fries I believe.

The pizza was decent, I would eat it again. We sat at the table for a while, even after we had finished eating. The Rockin Roller Coaster fastpasses were going to be good soon so we just decided to wait it out. The entire time we were sitting there it was pouring and I was sulking about having to eat outside in the rain.

We parted ways again once the fastpasses became good. We arranged to meet up with them at the pin shop under the big hat.

Alek and I waited in line maybe 15 minutes before getting into the pre-show, not bad.

The very cool "marble" door.

I absolutely love this ride, Alek said he had forgotten how much fun it is.

We took a potty break after the ride and then Alek wanted to check out the Planet Hollywood store as Erich had told him about the Power Ranger costumes in there.

As we were walking to meet up with Mom and Erich I noticed people were starting to line up for the parade. I had forgotten all about it as I had assumed it would be canceled due to the rain. Once we were all back together again we quickly grabbed a spot for the parade. We were right at the front near the hat.

I heard the parade music start up and I glanced back at Alek and Erich who were sitting/standing on a ledge. This is what I saw, lol

This was a shortened version of Block Party Bash due to the rain but it was still pretty fun. Usually the floats stop in designated areas and put on a show that the audience can get involved in. This was a more traditional parade with the floats passing you by.

As usual Erich and Alek took pictures and I took video.

The army men were pretty funny, you will have to listen to the video to hear some of the things they said. They even called out to Alek and Erich a few times.

Alek and Erich can correct me if I am wrong but I believe this parade is where they decided that their main photographic goal of the trip was to take as many "butt shots" of the characters as possible. This is the one that started it all....

:lmao: Was the bag tied to the waist the "indecent" part? :rotfl:

I am sure that Alek and Erich will be happy to have another fan, they aim to please. :rotfl:

OMG...if you were at the hat watching the parade this day, you were right near Jim and Andrew:headache: JImmy and I were on the street, by Keystone Clothiers becasue we couldn't meet up with them before the parde started!

You guys are hilarious! This made me laugh so hard.

I tried to take a nice picture of the Partners statue with Walt pointing off toward Main Street USA, and all my boyfriend said was nice shot of Walt and Mickey's butts!
