Its horrible! I am sorry to be a negative Nancy about it. I used it (and a sizable amount in my medium wavy hair), and it did nothing for it. Made it look more oily even. I will be bringing my own shampoo next time! Anyone else not like their shampoo?

I've used it but has the opposite effect on my naturally very dry hair--turns it to straw.

If I had any sense I'd only use the Basin bars of shampoo and conditioner I pack for travel. Those are terrific. Available for different needs from dandruff to dry to oily. I've found, though, that CMs at Basin White in the GF have usually been more knowledgeable about which bars are better for what hair type.

DH uses the shampoo bar, too.

I use it if I need to, but I don’t care for any hair products at any hotel. It’s pretty much all the same to me, wherever I go.

I routinely bring my own shampoo/conditioner when I travel anywhere, so I don’t know how the H20 would be for my hair. I did finally realize that I’m sensitive to something in the hand lotion, and it dries my skin worse than going without lotion would. The body wash seemed to be okay. I’m looking forward to checking out whatever new products they put out, to see whether I can use them or not.

I don't mind it but then I use Suave products at home. I have a very short pixie cut so it doesn't really matter. Even when I had long hair I was still fine with it.

Don’t be sorry! The shampoo is a very ugly shade of green and it smells even worse than it looks. I cannot imagine a more unappealing product.

Have they switched brands yet or are we talking about the H2O products that they have had for a while?

I never use hotel shampoo and conditioner. We always take our own.

I do enjoy the Disney hand lotion.

I have fairly wavy hair and I would never use a hotel's shampoo/conditioner. That's asking for for bad hair! The only thing I use is the bath soap. Not sure why if you have hair that requires special products why you wouldn't just bring your own stuff from home in travel-size containers rather than risk using whatever is on hand at hotels 🤷‍♀️

With H2O products, I condition, shampoo then condition again with a ton of conditioner. That is the only way my hair comes out somewhat normal.

We always take our own stuff whenever we travel. My wife just prefers her own stuff. I've never tried the H2O stuff but haven't heard many good things about it. It is going away soon so hopefully it gets replaced with something nicer (doubt it though.)

you are not alone. My daughter and I have always disliked the H2O line. When I was younger I could deal with the grapefruit or whatever citrus scent it was but they were harsh on my hair. I cannot stand the scent they have now. It makes my hair like straw. Now that I have longer very curly hair I bring my own to every hotel

Has anyone found a close equal to the H2O Sea Salt scent Body Lotion???
