That is a nice tattoo on Kody's back.
Hi Bret! I'm good! How are you?
Actually, Kody's tattoo is on her collarbone. Thank you. I'll tell her you said so.
Just playing on my phone!!
I'm doing good. I can't wait till we get to the Holiday season at the DLR. I bet you are waiting to go during the Holiday season? The weather during 4th of July week has been so nice.
When I looked at Kody's tattoo it almost looked like on the back then on her collarbone.
Very cool tattoo! I really want to get another one. And I have some ideas brewing.
That would be an awesome idea! I love the old Disneyland letters.
Yes, I am still thinking about the Stitch one. But I have also thought of another one in the mean time. I want to get a little Mickey Mouse ice cream bar on either my wrist or my ankle or foot somewhere. I thought it would be a cute way to show my love for Mickey and the theme parks.![]()
Oh I can hardly wait for the holiday season!! Hasn't the weather been amazing? Now we are starting that dreaded heat up.
It kind of look like her back but I think it is the way I tok the picture that makes it look like that.

The weather has been so amazing lately but not today or later on.

A quick note, I am borrowing the classic Disneyland photos from the internet.
I need to be honest with you my friends. I totally "borrowed" this idea from another. Thank you, Camille.
The first time I went to Disneyland I was seven years old. We were in Garden Grove for my Uncle Bill's wedding to my amazing Aunt Julie, smartest thing he has ever done. When she heard that we had never been to Disneyland she couldn't believe it! Her new nieces to be had to go, after all it was a way of life for her. So she took us to Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland.
To me Disneyland was a magical un-real place. When we got there I was flabbergasted. The parking lot was bigger than any I had ever seen. I mean Safeway's parking lot was never so big. When we got to the ticket booths they got these ticket booths and the grown ups had a discussion on what rides we would use the tickets on. Frankly I was so thrilled they changed the tickets.
When we got on Main Street I was amazed. I was in another world, every where I looked there were happy people and happy sounds. It was great. Honestly I don't remember a whole lot. But what I do remember is so vivid. I will add more later. Laundry is calling my name.
Thanks for sharing!! Great Aunt!!
She is a fantastic Aunt. I took my niece on her first trip too and I was there for my nephews first trip. I guess it's a family thing.
I am going to add more to that but I just am catching up on household chores.
I look forward to hearing more!
We went away for the weekend. I still have some unpacking to do. I really need to learn not to overpack! Stayed at the Palms again. Same room as last time. It was kind of interesting to celebrate a month seizure free in the exact place he had his last one.
I hate unpacking, even more than I hate packing. Packing at least means there is happy things ahead. Unpacking means its over, boo!!
I can imagine it was strange. I am so thrilled for your family!
I am going to talk to Scotty about going out of town this weekend. Just he and I for one night. There is a bicycle race in Lodi which is about 50 miles from home but I think at least I could use a night away.
What a nice story and great aunt
A night away sounds great![]()
