I previously posted about the Starry Starry Night Christmas function last night...appertisers and entrees...

'Twas awful dark in there....and I decided to change the situation when they served the desserts.....took it out into the light!


All the tables got served with a platter like this.....

I loved the lemon tarts!

The mango sorbet was also delicious. Perfect on the hot night!

This little delight was chocolate cake at the bottom, topped with chocolate mousse and coated with more chocolate; with golden pralines and a chocolate twille with more starry starry night theme.

Thanks again for the Christmas Cheer!

My youngest son's name starts with a "B" and ends with an "N." Months ago, my husband was asking me what else we needed from the grocery store, and I yelled downstairs, "BACON!!!" My son comes running up the steps and says, "What is it mom?" I told him "I didn't call you, I was yelling for bacon", and he said, "That's ok, I like bacon, too!"

This is also the same child who, when told him he smelled like corned beef hash from breakfast, replied, "Thanks!"
