If you're not familiar with this series, published by Disney Educational, you will probably love it. When the DVDs first came out, they were super expensive because they were produced for the educational market. Now they are much more reasonable and can be purchased through Amazon. The series is hosted by imagineer Asa Kalama (my husband met him at the D23 Expo last year--super nice guy!) and they are extremely well-done. Each one focuses on a different scientific concept, and then explores that concept by looking at how different relevant Disney attractions work. There is some really great footage of Disney parks around the world contained on these DVDs, plus some really interesting and humorous takes on the different rides and other attractions.
