Ran a turkey trot this morning. I did 60/30 vs my usual 30/30. I was hoping to be under 40 and went a 37.48! Strava had me at 37.13 for 3.12 so go figure. I’m doing another one Saturday and am debating sticking with 60/30 or doing 30/30 and seeing how it compares.
