Post-Dopey let-down is a real thing. (Or just generally, post big-event that took up a lot of your energy let-down.) Add it to northern winter weather and possibly a sprinkle of seasonal depression (this is what happened to me after my first Dopey) and it's easy to lose your motivation, because "how can I ever do anything this awesome again?" sits squarely in the front of your brain.ATTQOTD: unless I get off my butt and run today, my monthly mileage for February is 0.0. I’ve lost my motivation. I’m hoping I’ll find it on Sunday so I can get some running done before Springtime Surprise
