I have a question, not sure if this could be a QOTD (it's been a while since I typed that out lol).
QOTD for 3-25: For those who started out with a C25k plan, once you completed the plan, what was next?
ATTQOTD: It's been a really long time and to be honest I can not recall what I did next with certainty. At the time of C25k I did not have a Garmin yet, so I do not have a record of what I did after it. I think I joined a paid running group with Fleet Feet (Went out of business) and went from there. I guess for my answer, I think I may add a 4th day of running at first, then slowly add some distance. Then after a while add a 5th day, followed by increasing distance. I am curious what everyone else did or would recommend.
