Since @ckb_nc started it, I'll keep it going......
2021 ends on a bad note, as I am on the IL. Good news is that it is not a stress fracture, or sciatica/Lumbar issue. Bad news is various strained muscles which will heal in their own good time. My mileage total stalled at 1143--which is still better than last year, but it's frustrating to end the year with the "injury du jour (ou de la semaine ou de l'annee.... @flav you can correct the accent-less erroneous franglais
) Odds of me running next Sunday.....1 in 20. (Am I a fool for even thinking about it?)
2022 goal: Not inclined to make one. Staying injury-free, I suppose. But despite my best efforts at strengthening/stretching/etc, it's not always something I can control. I am seriously re-considering doing NY Marathon in November. Need to give it some more thought.
