QOTD: Before a morning run, do you drink anything? This could be water, powerade, coffee, tea, redbull, beer, ect..
For my weekday runs, I might have a sip or two of water before heading out the door. For longer runs, I’ll bring a Nathan bottle with me since it gets pretty hot & humid.
