ATTQOTD: This training plan, I am doing 6 days a week. So far it actually feels better then the previous cycles and I did 5 days a week. Mileage per week is running higher then previous cycles as well this early in the plan.
When not in a marathon training cycle, I still run at least 3 days a week, and try to get 4.

I think I could hang with an 8:30 pace for 3 mi (they have 5k and 10k options) but I'm guessing there's going to be a huge group. Would have loved to see a mass of runners overtake the town.
