@camaker......you're almost there! Best of luck with your marathon. (How is the weather looking?!!)

We just like the film!) I went on my usual 5K today and the run was terrible, mostly because I had huge Spotify issues (my playlists just won't work outside unless I'm on premium & download them. Try running with a song that stops every 5 seconds... it was a nightmare). The upside is that I saw A LOT of people coming out of their Disney hotel in full costume to go to the park's Halloween party and the costumes really blew me away. I saw two Snow White, one Aladdin, one Robin Hood, one Maleficent, someone with a Scream mask (made me super uncomfortable but I guess it's the point) and the BEST was two girls walking hand in hand, one as Ursula (no idea how she was walking in that costume but she rocked) and one as Ariel
Put me in a really good mood. Halloween isn't huge around here so Disney's just about the only place where I'll see costumes tonight!
) so I'll know more about my running future soon.Hey guys, I have this pain in my foot. I'm going to see a doctor tomorrow but until then anyone want to take a guess as to what it could be? My symptoms don't totally match any one description I've heard.
It's located over the ball/beginning of the arch. It seems to shoot up to the third and fourth toes every now and then and hurts when I flex my foot (usually when I pull it upwards) and it is more painful when I run than when I walk. If I walk without shoes or with flip flops I almost don't feel it at all, I feel it in my running shoes if I tie my laces too tight and in my work shoes because they narrow and hit that part of my foot. It started when I woke up on Friday. I had run 10 miles the Sunday before, then 3 miles on Tuesday, then swam about 1.3 miles worth of laps in a 25 yard pool on Wednesday. I did nothing on Thursday because I was busy and all other runs occurred after it started. There's no visible swelling and I can walk around the house without noticing it before feeling it again.
Having dealt with nearly a lifetime of tendon issues, I have to say this screams "tendonitis" to me. Which tendon/s I don't know, and it's possible it could be the beginnings of a stress reaction, too, so I'd get it checked out!Hey guys, I have this pain in my foot.
