You cannot book from the Disney Collection or the Concierge Collection in the last four months of your use year. See this for details. You generally should not be using your points in this way anyway. It is not a good value.

If you are in the last 4 months of your UY you are not allowed to make a new reservation for the Concierge Collection or Disney Collection. As long as you make the reservation before the last 4 months of the UY then you can book a reservation that falls in the last 4 months of the UY. DVC resorts are exempt from this - you could book them right up until the day before your UY ends. And the DL resorts are also exempt from the rule of 4.
