Pop Century room 7220 -- otherwise known as the back side of nowhere or the far ends of the earth...

Pop Century 6366 -- much better location, preferred building I think (we booked standard), in the 70's facing the courtyard...

See, this is an example of why it's so difficult to answer when someone comes here and asks for the "best" view. I'd love that "backside of nowhere view" so much more than this view. I just love nature, but if our kids were still young, I agree that this second view would probably be much better.

I didn't so much mind the view of the other room, it was the walk that got to me. We were there for 10 days, and after day 6 or 7 we were pretty certain someone came along while we were out and pushed our room just a little further away each day. :rotfl: Not only were we the furthest building from Classic Hall, but on the back side of the building, equidistant from the elevator and stairs (about halfway down the wing). LOL It was quiet "back there" and that was a plus.

I know exactly where you were Tracey. I had a stay at POP recently and was in #9411 and I though "I" was the furthest from Classic Hall .....but you were even further. Someone on another thread asked about sections to request at POP and I suggested anything but 80's or 90's. We were at the very end of our bldg too (only we faced the computer pool). It was a hike to the food court. I had requested 50's or 70's (had a non-preferred ressie), but when I checked in at 11 am, this room in the 80's/90's was clean and available so I took it. Our area was not quiet at all....probably because of being pool front. The view was pretty from your bldg though.

This room is located in the front corner of the north wing and is a "woods view room." The view straight forward was nice, but to the left was the driveway and to the right was a glimpse of what I believe is the dreaded "service area." All in all not bad views, though.

Straight on:

That's not a bad view at all, it looks nice and quiet. Heck, I'd love to look out my front door here at home and see that everyday!

LOL, agreed. It was a terrific view, and it was also nice and quiet...not an easy thing to find at a Value resort huh? ;) It was just a L...O...N...G walk to and from the food court, shop, bus stop, etc. :teeth:

some pics from our october trip, yacht club room 2065. It was a corner room, but for some reason I don't have any good pics from the windows. Had a nice view of the ship from stormalong bay and such. The ones attached are okay, from our balcony.

Here are a few of our views from a Dolphin 1 br. executive suite, room numbers 6063 and 6071. These two rooms took up a corner and they were right off the elevators!

I have no idea why the first photo only shows up as a link. Just click on it to see it.
