How much longer will it be until you're feeling 100% better?

hopefully not long.. the DR says 2 weeks.. and 2 weeks os on monday but I have not had one painless moment since the surgery.. so he prescribed some different pain meds but I have to wait till Monday to get them because no Pharmacy has it.. so hopefully that will take away the pain till it gets better... the DR also extended my leave for another 6 days..

so I went out to the kitchen to get a bottle of water and my dad was making himself a peanut butter and Mayonaise sandwich... ew...

Hey everyone! I finally found time to get online. I've been looking at graduate school application stuff for most of the day. How has the weather been for everyone else? It was pretty warm in the bay area this week. My parents went looking at houses today, and the realtor told them it has been 108 degrees there earlier this week. Anyway, I was home alone with my dog all day today and went out quickly this morning to buy some tomatoes for my salad. One thing you should know about me is that my number one fear is someone breaking into my house. So I come home and hear my dog barking while I'm in the garage. I come inside and hear something banging against the back door. I freaked out thinking someone was trying to get in. So I run upstairs, physically shaking, and am about to call my dad's cell phone when I realized that it was just the sprinkler hitting the door.

Whew!! You had me going there for a bit! Glad it was all ok.

Will you be able to swim in the lake?

I know your room/house is smaller than you had before, but if you really curtail the furniture and stuff in each room, it will open the rooms up. Think about what 'bare minimum' you need and I swear it will feel better as it'll trick your brain into thinking you have more room.

When we worked at Disney, my car's belt snapped...at the time thought it was something that would have costed like 500 dollars....found out when we got back to NJ...it was only 100...a

anywayas....I didn;t have a car for the last two months...had to ride in with my hubby all the time....when he was working and I wasn't, I too went stir crazy

we can.. but when I was younger I stepped on a clam shell (people use them as bait) and my Great Gradndpa put like Iodine or something like that that HURT really bad on it... so I dont know.. I haven't been back in since!

Yes, we're sharing her car. And the thing is we don't even have an extra house key for me yet. So when she's at work with the car (like today) I don't feel like I can even go for a walk or go to the pool because I don't want to leave the house unlocked. I'm just bored and having a rough day. I miss my friends and I miss my house. I kind of just want to give it up and go home and I know my parents would fly me home in a heartbeat so it's tempting.

It was deleted needless to say..it was about getting in the shower and leaving something on by accident..like glasses, socks, etc.

Well, one night, a couple of us were joking around and we went a little too far..forgot we were on the DIS..the Family Site..

I made a sexual innuendo comment...was told while that stuff is fine talking amongst yoru friends at a club or soemthing, not acceptable on this site..
