didnt get a call from the ENT yesterday or today so I am going to call them tomorrow because its getting to the point were I wake up in the middle of the night gasping for breath because I cant breathe...

That's ridiculous for them to let you suffer like that! You definitely need to call them tomorrow for sure! Pressure them,tell them you can't breathe!
