Are we watching the same show?

I personally thought that Alexis didn't belong at Tamra's dinner. If it was a dinner with her "closest" friends and was to celebrate her being a small business owner, then it wasn't appropriate. I don't know if this was a Bravo mandate that all the cast members had to be there, hence the "domino" invite of Alexis and Lydia.

If it's true that Alexis hadn't seen Tamra in several months and had been threatening to sue, I could see why Tamra was defensive and apprehensive. I thought it was nice of Alexis to say right off the bat to Tamra that she was there to support her being a businesswoman and all that. I also felt that Tamra could have gotten her buns off the couch to hug the 3 ladies instead of making them bend down to hug her.

That said, Alexis then started to make it all about her. "I know how hard it is, I had a dress line." Twice. Blah blah blah. Then Vicki starts in on her darn insurance. I can see where Tamra would get upset about this. This is supposed to be about her, and then her guests start making it all about them. Alexis also went on to babble about the tension and maybe she should leave "check please" so I think she added extra tension to the situation.

Alexis seemed to be ready to rumble with Heather and Gretchen. I applaud Vicki for staying quiet, since that shocked me. IMHO Alexis couldn't let it drop, and then started up with the ganging up on and bullying baloney. Then it went downhill from there.

I do believe then after Alexis told Tamra to butt out, then it was more than appropriate for Tamra to tell Alexis to leave. Tamra is no angel but Alexis was there just for drama.

I'm curious to see what Vicki's response is going to be from the previews.

I am so glad this episode is almost over. I don't even know why I'm watching it.
It's just painfully uncomfortable!

ETA: While I agree that Lydia is childish somehow, she's the most mature person at that table.

What an awkward cocktail hour. I was cringing

I am not an Alexis fan, but I thought it was mature of her to go to Tamra and say, "hey, I know we don't get along but as a business woman I respect you and wish you well." I also thought Tamara was wrong to bring up any hard feelings at the dinner. Vickie was saying a toast and Tamara was like, "let me be honest....." and then it went downhill. I also was glad Vickie stayed out of it.

I think Alexis was right when she kept saying, "Tamra, this is your night, I don't want to do this now, lets get together later and not ruin the night." But they all just kept picking at her and it was Alexis against the three of them, it was like she had to defend herself when it didn't seem like she wanted to.

Talk about a long exit! I was hoping Alexis would gather her dignity and walk quickly and quietly out, but she kept talking and stopping to make a point etc.

I think Alexis should not have gone IRL, but as others said, it was probably set up by Bravo for her to be there. It seemed like Tamara said that Alexis could go, then regretted it and had a long time to stew about it. The new girl seems sooooo young, the way she talks, her vocabulary, everything.

Lydia "Like awesome" "Totally". She would fit in more with the Kartrashians. "Like totally" Bible. I kind of liked the looks on Vicki's face and Heather's face when hearing her talk like that. She seems sweet, too sweet to get involved or be anywhere near vile, nasty Tamra. She seems way to young to have those babies as she could be their babysitter. Is that a compliment?

I had to laugh at Heather getting ready in her bathroom and Terri trying to get out of going to dinner with Lydia and her hubby. My husband tries everything in the book ~ complete with trying to start a fight ~ which I caught onto (no such luck) when trying to get out of being around my family. Makes me laugh. It's all in fun and I crack up on his trying to find new excuses. My favorite was "the dog ate a sock. I need to be here to be sure it passes." I love my dog so much I said OK ..buh bye He now jokes he wishes he saved that one for our family reunion.

Those things were the only thing enjoyable to me about this episode.

I too miss the good ol days. Vicki showing up at Michael's college unnanounced, Jeanna getting yelled out by Shane, Colby having his arm broke, those 2 brothers fighting over taking the battery out of the golf cart, Lauri and Josh, cat poop condo. Good ol days.

I liked Vicki, before she became friends with Tamra. Hmmm..same thing with Gretchen. Tam is a nasty piece of trash. Simon is lucky to be rid of that gold digging user. Eddie is a sucker...and I almost feel sorry for him

I almost feel sorry for him too. 49% owner. He put good money into the business and now has to watch his future wife, mother of 3, he has to buy milk and toilet paper for, pay for their utilities and lunches, etc., act so vile and nasty. I'm sure that part wasn't in their "business plan".

Ok, finally got to watch the last episode.
What was up with Vickie's thong?
It was clearly visible in the beginning when she was going to open up the front door. Yuck!!!

Tamra might have gone over the edge. Wow.
Alexis (not my fave), to her credit, did actually try to keep the conversation steered towards the reason for the gathering...Tamra just wouldn't let it go!

The look on Lydia's face...she was sooo bewildered at times!!
