I have to agree with the ladies about Gretchen's engagement event! I'm sure bravo took care of the bill but I think she saw Tamra getting attention and she wanted some! I mean look at the day Tamra was trying on gowns.....she wore her engagement ring from another man for Pete's sake!

Argh. I missed this. DD is having a sleepover and I turned it off to do some other stuff...I didn't need the kids to see that craziness.

I agree about Gretchen playing up the engagement for the camera, I really do, but Tamraaaaaa did the same thing with Eddie. Remember the 'fake clam shell'?
And now they will have their own show?
I just don't think I can watch this show any more. This might be my last season.*

She lost me with the texts and emails from Tamra about Alexis. It was just mean to bring those out. I really don't understand her hate for Alexis. They were friends but once she made up with Tamra, she turned on Alexis because, at the time, nobody liked her.
Then she fake cried because Alexis wasn't at her engagement. What was that about? She had just read a bunch of texts to try to prove people hate Alexis.

Lurker jumping in here. I agree with your whole post. But could someone tell me what was wrong with Alexis' face? It looked like her make up was dark in some places or whoever did it needs to go back to school...the other girls didn't look like that. And, Vicki needs a new hairdresser.

I thought Gretchen said she was friends with Jo and that's how she met Slade. I seem to remember her saying something like that when they first starting dating.

I have never liked Alexis, although I didn't dislike her as much this season, but it really made me think when she said that you will never find footage of her badmouthing any of the other women. Whether that's her being fake or not, I give her credit because it must be REALLY difficult to hold back sometimes.

Heather is really getting on my nerves. She is a classic 'mean girl' (as they all keep saying). She seriously will not let anyone have a feeling or see a side to something that isn't the same as hers. And if they do she badgers them until they apologize for some reason.

These girls are all mean (maybe not Alexis, she's a couple conversations behind all the time) and should just stop this charade. I mean, what is Tamra's behavior teaching her children? She has a daughter right? Great example! Heather too, just not as abrupt.

Brooks is a slime....by the way Vicky acted she has to know there is truth to what Brianne is saying. He is acting so smug. Love or hate Vicky, she deserves better than him.

What I don't get is Vicki is constantly saying she wants and deserves respect yet she allows this slime bag to disrespect her, her daughter and her son in law. To me Vicki doesn't respect herself enough to stand up to this guy. I don't get it!!!!

I was really surprised that Vickie defends him and when she got up and walked off she kept dying she did not want to do this to him. What about her daughter? I heard the recording and it was bad. If any man said that about my daughter he would e gone but she just keeps defending him.

I'm liking Brianna less and less. Wow, I thought Vicki was the control freak, but Brianna and Ryan have her beat. She can tell Mommy, who to date, but shut her down and eloped with Ryan. And, STILL defending her husband's abusive behavior, towards Lydia's Mom? Shame on Brianna. She's sooo understanding with her husband, but that nasty screwed up look, she gave Brooks..yikes.

Don't get me wrong, I don't believe Brooks is totally innocent, but I don't think, Brianna EVER gave him a fair shake. You'd think, she owes her mother the same respect, that she demands. Ryan took Brooks out drinking, so he could secretly record him for 45 minutes? Now THAT is creepy. Ryan sure has "a thing" with surveillance.

I do not like Brooks but a 45 minute recording? I have a feeling Brooks is one of those guys who gets really obnoxious and inappropriate when he's drunk. I have a feeling Ryan took him out to get drunk and set up a situation where they'd get him to say the obnoxious stuff he says when he's drunk.

I didn't believe the text message tearing Vicki down. Vicki denied those but not the other stuff. What is Brianna doing looking at Vicki's texting from Brooks anyways. She hates him so why would she be looking at his texts

She excused Ryan's behavior but was totally unwilling to even let Brooks talk. It was sad that she was saying Brooks was disrespectful and abusive to Vicki and defending her own husband who was disrespectful to Vicki and extremely aggressive with Lydia's mom.

Brianna looked happy when Vicki was sitting there crying after Brooks left.

Eh, I don't think Brianna came out looking golden last night but I definitely don't think she was in the wrong.

Her and Vicki both explained that they made an arrangement that they had both agreed to and it wasn't about Vicki dating Brooks, it was about not having him over and around Brianna or her family. We might think it's stupid, but Vicki's an adult. If she didn't want to agree to it then she didn't have to.

Brianna's what... 26 years old with a new baby and a husband in Afghanistan in a war zone? I can absolutely understand her saying 'I'm not going to sit here and talk about my husband.' She said he overreacted. But to get into more detail would have just gone down a bad path that she didn't want to go down with her husband being away and her, no doubt, being incredibly emotional about anything that has to do with him. She could have left out the last bit about the mud and the red wine though, IMO.

Frankly, we don't really know why Ryan and Brooks were out drinking do we? We're really just speculating. All that was said was they were in LA and had been drinking so Brooks was obnoxious and drunk and started shooting off at the mouth. I could see Ryan trying to kind of trap him in that way, but frankly, drunk or not there are NO excuses for telling Ryan to start beating Brianna into submission. None. And every drunk comment has a little bit of truth behind it. If someone had said that to my husband they'd be picking themselves up off the floor.

Honestly, I think Brianna was pleased when Brooks said he'd take a hike and I would be too! She consistently said, 'I love my mom. She deserves a lot better than Brooks but I just have to step back and let her figure it out on her own.' I've never seen Brianna say 'you may not date him.' Ever. She doesn't like him, I think she has some pretty valid reasons not to, and she states it. If my mother was in (what sounded like) an abusive relationship I would do everything in my power to get her out of it, including being very vocal about the outrageous things that Brooks had done to my family to get him to run and hide and never come back. Some people need someone else to step in - that's what interventions are for. And it sounds like Vicki needs some solid therapy to get over her abusive relationship pattern. I also think Brianna's smug look was more a mixture of disbelief that he'd really stay away and amusement that he was trying to look like a genuinely nice person.

Brooks is scum. And Vicki did him no favors by trying to cover up the fact that they had been together (which Brianna kept saying and Vicki kept denying) prior to her separation from Don. Brianna would have been roughly 21 years old at the time. I can't think of many 21 year olds that see an email from some stranger to their mother saying they love her and want to be with her giving that person a decent chance. Especially when he came off so creepy initially. No thanks.
