~ The Real Housewives of Orange County ~ Season 12~ 2017 ~ JULY 10th

Oh well, guess it doesn't matter now since Simon has filed for divorce.

Guess everyone was right that told Tamara that a tattoo was the kiss of death to for a relationship.

I'm betting that Vicki does not return next season. She's gotten out of the show what she needed; publicity for her agency.

I don't think she will either. I think she feels like the odd man out now that she's the only original one left [unless we're counting Slade ;)] (of course, she doesn't help things either by getting in the middle of things).

I completely missed the after show! :upsidedow Laurie was on there? She took a break from raising her 7 kids?

I don't know why Lynne's so shocked about losing the house. She's said they were having financial problems several times before. I don't think anybody believed they were downsizing because they really wanted to. Selling cuffs and having vacations, dinner parties, plastic surgery, shopping excursions, etc. kind of financially cancel each other out.

Ok, I apparently have nothing nice to say today :snooty:.

Best part of last night's show was that Lynne's DD, Alexa was NOT on. :thumbsup2

Whine  Whine  Whine  Whine

Rule #1: The only name you should ever have tattooed on yourself is one that you give your child.

Rule #2: If you think you have to prove your love to your partner by tattooing his name on yourself, your relationship isn't strong enough to begin with.

Rule #3: If you want your relationship to not suffer, don't go on a reality show together.

I wonder how much it will cost to have that tattoo removed. I was surprised that Tamra put it on her finger and not in the middle of the small of her back, ala tramp stamp.

It's funny how everyone on this show thinks that their relationships are good and everyone else's is bad. My friends are always encouraging of other friends' relationships. I guess the difference is choosing to be friends and being thrown together as "friends" in a reality show.

How about Jim complaining that Alexis only brought one bathing suit for him for the 2 days they would be there because he wanted to lay in the sun :confused3

geesh, my DH and I wore the same ones for our whole 14 day trip to Disney for our first family vacation, so did my kids :rotfl: I mean shut up already! I guess we'd be considered poor white trash to them.

I don't think the health scare is about Brianna, because they'll always make you think that way and it'll turn out to be about someone else - maybe her bio father? That's my guess.

Did anyone else feel that Vicki was laying it really thick during the housewarming party? I can understand her being upset but in the end it was such a drama queen thing to do.

What was up with those glasses Jim had on to read the menu at the hotel restaurant? They were like as thick as coke bottles.

I actually felt bad for Vicki. I don't like it when everyone gangs up on one person. Simon was way out of line. First Tamara was sticking up for Vicki and said Vicki was trying to be a friend, then Simon went on his rampage and she totally changed her mind and started saying that Vicki was in her marriage. Then Tamara started talking all this crap about her. And they say Simon is not controlling? Simon and Jim do control their wives to the point where they can't have an original thought.

Finally remembered to watch this week - LOL..

No sympathy for Tamra.. Simon is controlling; seems she's inclined to choose Vicki over her DH; and she needs to stop treating Ryan like he's 2 years old..

Lynn.. Wow! Talk about someone who doesn't have a clue.. She and Frank are a perfect match - they're both living in a fantasy world..

Gretchen.. Hope her beauty line works out for her, but she needs to ditch Slade.. He's a loser - only in this relationship for what he can get.. He might consider shaving once in awhile - looks like a bum.. Oh wait! He IS a bum!!

Vicki.. Just when I was starting to think she "might" have a decent, caring side to her, she blew it at the dinner party.. And the crying jag on the way home? Pleeeeeeeeeeeezzzz..:headache: Since when does Vicki actually "care" about her friends?
-------------------------

Question: Did Lynn and Frank just move into this new house that they are now being evicted from? :confused3

Interesting dynamics this season.. If I were to bet on who will still be standing on firm ground when all is said and done, my money would be on Gretchen.. All of the rest are on very, very shakey ground..:sad2:

Oh please! Vicki entered the party with a bad attitude, that whole crying jag incident was a situation she brought on herself. Simon is controlling but then again so is Vicki. She always hissy fits if nothing goes her way (Florida trip)

Vickie definitely came to the party with a chip on her shoulder. She was looking to be offended and she got what she wanted. She should have just walked away when Simon started his rant.

Have you noticed all the huge dramas involve alcohol? They need to just try water or tea once in awhile.;)

I think Vicki has some fault in the fight. But to have the whole house talking about her and all her faults and how they all can't stand her was rude. I just don't like to see one person being dumped on by everyone. Like when Gretchen first came, at the horse race all the girls were picking on her and I felt bad for her.

I see Alexis's voice getting higher and higher pitched until she is actually quacking and then Jim looks at her and says "honey, I didn't know you could imitate a swan".

Jim does seem particularly challenged in differentiating his water fowl.....:rotfl2::lmao: duck...swan...flamingo....oh, what the heck!

Love this thread!

What was with that sweatshirt Jim was wearing at Lynn's party...and then did anyone else notice how he changed his shirt for the dinner, I have to rewatch that part. Alexis description of when she first met Jim...I can't seem to find a throw up smiley.

Did it occur to anyone else *why* Alexis was at that resort? I mean, maybe not what she said was the reason, but the actual reason? Here's my take...

I think she was trolling for a certain something (as in $$$), he took the bait, she set the hook and then reeled him in.

I'm sitting here trying to think of a nasty yet descriptive nickname for Jimboy (I do like "Taliban Jim") and have come up with a few more...

SleazOBoy
SuperJerk
Disco'sDeadButIDon'tKnowIt Jim - in honor of those shirts :scared:
Dim Jim - in honor of the "swans" comment
Mr. Flash&Trash

agnes!
PS - Hey, did she have the ****-job before or after she met him?

"...and I was wearing a tank top and a mini skirt...and he had to go all the way around....and then I took my top off..." I cannot stand them. Can you tell? While we are on the subject...what does she say in the opening sequence of the show? I can't understand her.

Did you see the preview where Frank tells Lynn SHE is living in a fantasy world or something to that effect? He doesn't realize he is living there right along side of her.
