I would like to believe the Groundhog, but the current weather outside makes me doubt him.

I believe him.

And the weather HAS to be like that for him to NOT see his shadow. It's weird, but there can't be any sun out. No sun=no shadow=spring. Sun=shadow=6 more weeks of winter. So the weather has to be dark/dreary out.

And actually, here it's really nice out.
