I was one of the few people against dibs, since I thought it was unfair to those who possibly wanted those characters and planned to the next game, but because of dibs in the duration of the previous game, they didn't get that character. So maybe "dibs" can begin at THE END of the previous game, I'd think that please both those who were against dibs and those who liked the idea.

That's not dibs. That's sign ups. Sign ups begin once the last game is over. So that would not be dibs.

And tough luck to those people, if they don't call dibs in time, it's the same thing as not signing up for a character in time...

I mean, sure I get how it could be hard to keep up with dibs and whatnot. But I don't find it unfair.

or if you played in 3 MM's or so as one character, then you can perma-claim that charcter.

Eh... I do think that is kind of unfair. Then nobody would ever get the chance to play that character

It isn't sign ups because sometimes the person who is supposed to start the next game, doesn't start until the next day after the game has ended. So it isn't sign ups until the next MM thread is posted.

I wish Disney didn't have two seperate actors/actresses so much anymore, where one takes up all the speaking and one sings all the songs. I wish they combined them. Though they have gone back to have just one actor do both recently.

Actually no, most times it starts right after the other MM. And if not, it lasts a day. So a day for dibs? That's nothing. That's pretty much sign ups. And if everyone is against dibs, then why would you be willing to allow it for a day (or a week, as you put it)?

We used to do it once a summer, now we're having one right after another.
