Yeah, but she got there first, and I overreacted.

I made a list of characters I'd like to use, so from now on I'll have back-up.

They should just do the dibs thing for now on. It makes more sense.
Or,just use the same character from the last MM.

If you go the the murder mystery thread,she's listed as Rapunzel and Flynn.

Drew just added her in a few minutes ago, look at when it was last edited. And he said "Rapunzel was a little late, her she's here now".

So it's all fixed, It's not his fault, we all make mistakes, and the whole thing about that was a little confusing

Catherine wants to be Melody with Megan in the MM. Catherine will play, she just doesn't know as Rapunzel or as Melody yet.

Apparently, everybody hates "dibs". I don't get why, you end up being your character you called dibs on anyways. It just makes thinks so much easier and it's not unfair. If you called dibs on a character before somebody else did, it's the same thing as calling a character during sign ups, just this is before the game.

I think we should atleast let whoever is the Park Management decide if they would allow dibs or not... it is their game, no one elses.

Her friend got badly sick, and she is moving it to next week, which will actually be two weeks from her actual birthday.

I can understand why it would be seen as unfair. Newcomers wouldn't know who is already picked, and they may feel left out if all these more experienced members are like "no, they're taken," even though nobody previously signed up as them on that thread, and it could get annoying having to dig up posts of calling dibs and little arguments could break out...

I was one of the few people against dibs, since I thought it was unfair to those who possibly wanted those characters and planned to the next game, but because of dibs in the duration of the previous game, they didn't get that character. So maybe "dibs" can begin at THE END of the previous game, I'd think that please both those who were against dibs and those who liked the idea.

I think that makes sense, or everyone can just put together a little list of characters they'd like to be? I did that after this incident, so now if one is taken I'll just go down the line to a different one.
