Oh, well... he didn't actually lie about things changing unless he was talking about something specific, because things change every day, therefore he would be telling the truth.

That's just how he is, and how he's going to be. He likes to "change" his mind a lot, and change everything he has/and will say. Its seriously, screwed up, yup, you heard me, screwed up, because it is going to be screwed up much worse then it is now. Unless, he changes his mind and fixes everything, which I highly doubt will happen.
