I thought you put the decorations back 12 days after christmas... At least, my family does. They say it's bad luck to keep them up past that point.

nahh you gotta take down your christmas decorations before new years! most people's decorations are already down. If you don't take down your decorations by NYs your considered lazy. I've never heard it to be bad luck, hmm. If it were up to me we'd keep the stuff out all winter long.
