I started reading The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. I like it a lot, actually.

Much better then the Jane Austen novels I've been desperately trying to get into.

Oh trust me, I love Pride & Predjudice, and it kills me because I'm pretty smart, and I love reading, but I can't get into her novels...

I've been REALLY wanting a cupcake for like... 2 days now.
so today my mom was making cupcakes for work and I wasn't allowed one
> thats TERRIBLE to torment me like that <
so she had left oveer icing and gave it to me.
well, I was looking throught the fridge and found leftover cornbread from yesterday. so I was like "OH. MY. GOSH. I can make a ghetto cupcake!"
so I put the icing on the corn bread. and BAM! I've got meself a ghatto cupcake!

I totally know what you mean. I can't read her books either. I don't know why but something about old English on paper compared to on screen is where I loose it.
