I took the Practice SAT in 8th grade, well, it was more of the Practice Practice SAT. Some college provides it (Duke maybe? I forgot). I passed it.

The PSAT? Jeez. My mum says not to worry about it until junior year when we get entered for the scholarship competitions. Though, idt it's useful for me since I'll be going to a Canadian Uni.

Well she wants me to get the scholarships. I guess she's got good intentions :worship:

PSATs?

First time I could take them, got sick the night before and Mom let me stay home.
Second time, she said don't bother taking them :rotfl:

Took my SATs once. Got a 1570. Not taking them again; I'm applying early decision to a school that doesn't require SAT scores.

Last year I ever have to take those stupid PSATs.

As usual, I'll
-Beast the writing and English portions
-Want to cry and do below average on the math

I started my AP Lang homework an hour ago. It's all done now. And it was everything for the rest of this week. I feel like a robot.

So. About my friends and the ASL dictionary...

Let's say, we weren't signing anything appropriate for a while ;)

"I want your soft cookie". That was one of the things my friend Jake made up today :rotfl:

Are you in an ASL class? Or just learning it for fun?

I'm in ASL 2, and it's really confusing. Today was fun, though. Our teacher was out and our sub was pretty careless.

Oh, just for fun. I'm hearing-impaired, and I'd love to learn ASL in case I go profoundly deaf one day. Can't hurt to be prepared, can it?

My friend, however, is taking a weeklong vow of silence sometime this year for "personal growth", and the only way he's allowing himself to communicate is through some form of sign language/body language, so he was very interested in my dictionary.

Aww, fun. And practical. Yeah, hard of hearing-ness is really common in my family. It just sucks that my class is right after lunch.

And my teacher is crazy. Simply enough.

At the end of every week

each one of us becomes a freak.

Tonight the dj makes us move

and then the sweat drops from the roof.

Each time you let the bass beat hard

to know we all spend now apart.

Just activate your energy

lets sing the song and come with me.
