If you root for something that loses for 86 years, you're a pretty good fan. You don't have to win everything to be a fan of something.

But you weren't a fan for Boston during the 86 years they sucked... and you don't know if you would still be a fan of them since you're not in that situation... I wouldn't know what I would do if I was put in that situation.
