My roommate at the Isle of Wight today said to me after I woke up "Do you know Tron?". I said yes, and wondered why he asked me about the movie. He then said "He was taken to the hospital last night". I got confused at that point. Turns out there's a guy studing in the Geography department who's called Tron. He drunk so much last night that he vomited a lot, and he was taken into hospital for the night and put on a drip thing. He's OK though and has come back out.

So many people were drinking over the weekend. Didn't help that there was one pub selling alcohol at a pound a pint. I stayed in the room last night, and watched QI & HIGNFY mainly because I was staying in a different hotel to my friends, I expected them to come to the hotel I was at because there was a quiz night going on. Instead, they were instructed to go to another hotel (we were all split up over 3 hotels) where another quiz night was going on (and the alcohol was cheaper...).

argh! the jetlag has caught up. it's nearly 8pm, and I'm physically dead, ahahaha. Had the nicest dinner evaaaar at the cheesecake factory
