My Spanish teacher's Puerto Rican...
(oh & i'm only taking spanish because there's no other languages at my school, even though the majority of the school is hispanic )
Anyway, her way of speaking Spanish is diff. from the way I was taught...
It's pretty cool that Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Spanish-speaking countries in Central & South America use diff. accents and slang, etc.
I still think people in Spain speak with a lisp
& some people say Mexicans sound like they're "singing" when speaking...

i think puerto ricans speak the worst spanish ever lol

especially in-coast people. im from the coast, and they sound horrible.

but in general, we speak not fancy as all the other countries .

The majority of kids at my school are hispanic. Some of them wont speak english, when the english speaking kids come around.

Haha, I get intimidated by the kids who came from Spanish-speaking countries in my school.
I have some friends who came from Mexico, Columbia, and Cuba, and man...I like try to avoid speaking Spanish around them because when I hear them, it's like, "Whoah."

Yeah, they really do! I tend to "trip" over my words, as if it was a tongue twister...my parents sent me to Mexico about 2 years ago to live with my uptight aunt for about 3 months in the summer to get better with my Spanish. I learned alot but lost it all within a month when I came back xD
