The Prisoner of Azkaban RP

Kairi: "Alright, but don't overdo it," she joked. "I can only take someone saying I'm perfect so much in a day."

Darren: He chuckled. "Okay. Would you prefer if I called you stinky?"

Kairi: She laughed. "Okay, we'll stick with perfect."

OOC: I have a softball double-header today, we leave at 11:25, so I probably won't be on until 5-ish, depending how good (or bad) we do

Darren: He smirked. "Perfect it is."

OOC: Quote of the day:
"It matters not what someone is born, but what they grow to be."

-Albus Dumbledore

This is probably one of my all-time favorites, there's so much it can relate to, such as way back when segregation was a big problem. I can't even begin to imagine how those people must have felt. And then there's all the self-worth problems that kids have today.

OOC: Love it.

First thing that popped into my mind was Nagini.

OOC: Preach!

I really like this quote too.

First thing that popped into my mind was Nagini.

OOC: Definitely. I think a lot of characters (and people, for heaven's sake!) need to learn this by heart.

OOC: Preach!

I really like this quote too.

OOC: Lol. Segregation was just the first thing that came to mind.

It's among my favorites, along with "happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if only one remembers to turn on the light."

Professor McGonagall: She sent Amelia, with whom she had been speaking to, to find Rose.

Amelia: She tapped Rosamund on the shoulder. "Hey, Rose. Professor McGonagall's looking for you."

Rose: "Okay, thanks." She walked carelessly down the hallway carelessly to the Transfiguration room and knocked.

McGonagall: She looked up. "Come in, child."

Rose: She walked in. "You asked for me, professor." She spoke not with nervousness, but like speaking alone to a teacher was old news.

McGonagall: "Yes, I did. May I see your wand? It would do me great good, as I have been trying to figure out what is wrong with that spell we worked with today. You weren't the only one who had trouble." She looked the wand over. "What core is this?"

Rose: "Unicorn."

McGonagall: "And your wood?"

Rose: "Willow and Cypress."

McGonagall: She looked up at her and raised her eyebrows. "Two woods?"

Rose: "According to Mr. Ollivander. It's supposed to be the first of its kind or something."

McGonagall: "All right. Well, your wand seems to be in perfect condition. Perhaps it's just beginning-of-term carelessness." She handed her back the wand. "You may go."

Rose: "Thanks." She left the room.

McGonagall: After the girl was gone, she shook her head again.

OOC: I'll take note of that, I can tell it's important.

Amelia: She waited outside as they spoke. When Rose came out, she walked with her. "What was that about, if I may ask?"

Rose: "I dunno. A problem with spells or something."

Amelia: She hesitated. "Rose, McGonagall's been acting rather...odd recently. You don't know why?"

Rose: "No idea, it's probably all this Sirius Black crap. Relax, I'm sure she's fine."

Amelia: But Rose, she wanted to say, It's you that she's been odd around.

OOC: Quote of the day:
"Teach, is that a student?"
"Technically it's a ferret."

-McGonagall and fake Moody.

If anyone else wants to take turns doing this, speak up, I don't mind!
