Didn't do anything really for my birthday - I'm saving the big blowout for when we get to WDW!

Sounds like fun! I'm so excited for you! DH and I always justify taking another trip by saying that's our birthday and Christmas presents to each other (but we usually end up getting a couple of presents too).

Did you do anything nice?

I went to dinner with friends. I had the yummiest steak sandwich.

We can't wait now - but I'm not going to fully relax until we land at Orlando! We're all getting really excited now!

October is such a nice time in WDW. Can't wait to read your trip report!

Great, Jess has a big head too, takes after her Dad. If you look at photos of my girls on my TR you can really see a huge difference in head size, there is only 22 months between them but it looks like about 4 years

I hadn't noticed that! I'll have to check it out!

Well, it's been a while, but since we're getting pretty close to our little trip, we actually have some developments!

The other day we got our confirmation packet and our ME packet! That totally snuck up on me! The last time we went, I felt like I was hovering around the mailbox, waiting for everything to come.

I had to call WDW reservations and ask some questions about our trip. I don't know how I feel about the voice-automated system. I was listening to the options and had to cough. After I coughed, the computer operator lady said "so you would like to learn about park tickets?" A bit of a stretch, I think.

Right now, I'm just trying to figure out how to dress and me for December in Florida. Does anyone have any tips?

I think it will be pretty fun to meet and hang out with all of the other moms (and probably at least one dad?), but I'm sure it will be a little weird without your family there. Are your girls super excited for you?

How exciting! I almost want to cancel all of mine and reschedule them just so I have more to do! Our big challenge right now is figuring out how to get us in one car to the airport. Grandma's small, though, so I think we'll be OK.

Thanks for the --which reminds me I need to eat more fruits and veggies, which means that I need to set a pre-trip, fit into your summer pants, weight loss goal.

I'm keeping the number a secret until the end, because I want to focus on the TRYING part, not on the numbers part. Wish me luck! (Believe me, I'll need it!)
