I'm an art director. Last night I choose to sleep instead of work through the night like I have been the las three weeks so I am behind now. Today between 9 and 5 I got 2-1/2 hours of work done so it is going to be another late night tonight. I wouldn't trade being at home for anything though!

Sorry you'll be up so late tonight! I hear you on that--some days I don't get anything done until DH comes home. This week I'm trying to get a bunch of reports done by Wednesday, and so I'm feeling swamped! I have to get up at 5 a.m. though, so I better go to bed soon.

Your work sounds fun. Do you enjoy it? Is it freelance work, or do you work for a specific agency?

Yes, a month left to go for us - I do feel a bit deflated though - my ticker went backwards there! It seems like ages away yet....I'll be much more cheerful when I start doing my single digit dance!
I've still been trying to get a breakfast ADR at Ohanas, but with no success - though I think we're going for a photopass session at Grand Floridian when we're there! Because we pre ordered our photopass CD in August we get it for $25!!! So I can legitimately spend more time wandering about in there....and show the photos off back here "Yes our hotel was lovely....as you can see"

Great idea! I hope you post lots of the GF pics--I've heard about that, and I think it sounds really cool. GL with the breakfast ressies--keep trying! I know everyone has a different experience, but I thought the food was great!

Hi all.
Sorry I've been away for so long. Work has been busy and life has been busy, so there hasn't been much trip planning going on.

We went to 's 6-month checkup today. The doctor wants him to have a head ultrsound because it keeps getting farther and farther away from the growth charts. I think (and the doctor thinks) we're just a big-headed family, but she wants to make sure that there's nothing wrong. I'm pretty sure everything's alright, but it's still a little nerve-wracking to have to take your baby to the hospital.

Tomorrow's my b-day--not a very good week to decide to get serious about Weight Watchers! DH is in night class, so I planned my own party and am going to dinner with friends.

As for trip stuff, I have a question: We had to lose one night of the dining plan in order to get free dining, but that was after I had made all of my ressies. Do I have to call back the one meal we're paying OOP and tell them? If I do tell them, does that mean they'll have to redo the reservation, which means we might lose it?

Hope you're all doing well. We're all moving closer to our trips (even the ones that haven't been planned yet)!

We're big headed too. And Jon had one of those when he was younger.

Their diagnosis...we're big headed. Okay...not me. But, his father had a real big head.

Thanks Jen. I remember when I had my head measured for my cap at college graduation, and it was about the same as some of the football players who were also being measured.

FWIW...Jon was born with a huge head...and his is still off the charts big. It has nothing to do with anything else he has going on...it's genetic.

I say...he has more brains than the rest of us.

They don't need to know how you are paying. DO NOT call back.

I feel like everything's good, but I couldn't sit around and stew about it anymore, so our appointment is Monday afternoon at Primary Childrens.

Where are you going to dinner?

Citris Grill -- have you ever been there? There's one in Draper and one in the Millcreek area. They have a private room in the back so all of the kids can run around and not disturb others.

I'm sure will be fine, but it's always best to just check and be sure - the Dr just sounds like he's being extra cautious. We use centile charts at work all the time - there's always one awkward baby who decides to not follow it!

I don't think you'll need to do anything with your ADR - just say you're paying OOP on the night. As long as they get paid for it I doubt they'll care.

On a side note, we were visiting with some people from Japan last weekend who don't speak a lot of English. They loved and kept picking him up and saying "big boy, big boy" over and over again.

Great, Jess has a big head too, takes after her Dad. If you look at photos of my girls on my TR you can really see a huge difference in head size, there is only 22 months between them but it looks like about 4 years

Didn't do anything really for my birthday - I'm saving the big blowout for when we get to WDW! I'm for one o' those 32 oz cocktails with a glowing ice cube I'm home! Did you do anything nice?
We can't wait now - but I'm not going to fully relax until we land at Orlando! We're all getting really excited now!
