The Postman Rang Twice - I Mailed/Received My Postcard Exchange

Today was my lucky day!! I opened my mailbox to find two postcards, one from Breezy Carol of the Turkey Point Lighthouse, which looks marvelous and one from FTWFAN from the Gulf Shores of Alabama.....makes me want to grab a beach umbrella and settle by the gulf for a few hours.

Many thanks to you both, I love both postcards and they are a delightful addition to my collection.

Got mine from Skuttle! Thank you, only problem is I've been craving seafood ever since!!!!!!! Sent all of mine out last week, hopefully my USA and international ones will arrive at their destinations soon. How long does it seem to be taking for the international ones to arrive?

I received four postcards today from Crazyme5kids (Margie) showing Long Island, the Montauk Point Lighthouse on the eastern tip of Long Island, an aerial view of Northport, Long Island, and New York Harbor with the Statue of Liberty in the foreground and the World Trade Center in the background.

I got my second card from Poohshoney. This one is from Heidleberg. The postcard show so many beautiful sights!
Mmm... Carol, I may just have to talk to Bill about making the trip next year. The toy fair is in Nurenberg (spelling?) every year. I've always wanted to see a real castle. I told Bill that's the only way I would go is if he can get me into a real castle.
I haven't receive any postcards from the US, though. I'm still waiting.
I just got a new international name and those will go out this week.

Received my second international exchangee address from Nutsy. Will pick up some postcards this week. Haven't heard from my first internation exchangee yet. Hope that she got her cards. Haven't received my first set of international cards yet either.

All mine went in the post today....Australia, Texas, Miami, Canada, Elkton and Paignton....I think Steve will get his first, as it is only 2 hrs down the road, and was a private arrangement between us LOL! Looking forward to getting mine, I have got two from Nutsy so far
