The pool is not a guest room

Did anyone else notice that the new pool is a public room. Right now I am in instance east-west. Typhoon Lagoon is a guest room and the exit goes to the "Shark Reef" slide at the top of the pool. Likewise, Blizzard Beach is a guest room and the exits go to the slide on the right side of the pool.

Do you think the pool is going to get linked up to the rest of the public areas in the VMK map?

Hopefully! So those of us who have never "walked", "Floated", and even "drowned" (mickey, LOL) have a chance to try over and over until we finally get on top of the water!

I was thinking

Maybe when we get these rooms
We will get the rooms
Then in the back we walk into the water then it is our pool.

There is a precedent for non-linking rooms. Haunted Mansion rooms are only though the lobby and the new Pirate Treasure room is through Pirates of the Caribbean Lobby. I tried the exit in Typhoon Lagoon and it led to the Pool. So, just as Tent leads to Adventureland, either room may lead the pool.
