Really undecided, we're booked in to stay at CCV in December, it'll be our first time onsite during the Christmas celebrations so the decorations are something we're really looking forward to.

Obviously WL has the biggest Christmas tree on property so that's a huge pull, plus we adore it there, but we've both always fancied staying at The Poly - I know this would be down to 7 months availability.

Does anyone have photos of the Poly's decorations / tree please?

Thank you

Poly has almost ZERO decorations at Christmas. And I think the biggest tree is at GF.

Wilderness Lodge tree beats GF by 1 foot according to their art & animation tour last week.

Thank you may stay where we’re booked in that case.

No matter which resort you decide to book, you can always visit the others to see their decorations. From experience, I will tell you that we love to ride the monorail around to see the various decorations, take a few pictures and have a drink. We stayed at the CCV last December and took the boat over to the Contemporary to catch the monorail to do just that. It made for a very enjoyable (and relaxing) non-park day. :)

Thank you, we will do that, I'm so torn, really want to try The Poly and as we usually have an offspring with us we're usually in 1 beds, not stayed in a studio since 2002 so this feels like our opportunity to stay there, but I have a feeling walking into the lobby every day and seeing that tree at WL is just going to make me very happy :)

Thats a fairly big exaggeration. True Poly's holiday decorations are much more low key but they are there and enjoyable. Plus the GF Ginger Bread house and Contemporary decorations are just a short ride/walk away.

BUT if you want the full on Im in the north pool, Christmas is all around me vibe, definitely stick with your CCV reservation. Everywhere should stay at WL/CCV during the holidays at least once.
