Nothing like this has to be decided yet. So absence of language does not mean One way or the other. I think that is what they want.
VGF came right out to say it’s the same. Maybe because the change is 2019 is that all new resorts are restricted. Should the assumption then be that it’s new unless they confirm it’s not? Could that be why they made sure to say that when announcing the quick flip of a building for VGF?
You can read the notice and find ways to pretty much support either choice. In terms of updated the POS, they did not yet announce a name, so no need to update that yet,
If it becomes part of PvB, it doesn’t need an update. If it will be new, it gets added then. Right now, it’s neither and I think DVD wants it that way because they don’t want anyone to know what they will do…and that is even if it has been decided.
I find it unique it came out right after VGF sales started again. But right Now only current owners,
Could they be waiting to announce it shortly once it opens to new buyers so they can now add it to the sale pitch as new?
But, the fact they did not announce it specifically as part of PVB means something and IMO, leads more for it being new than the same.
