I am looking for new places to eat and have never been to either of these. Has anyone ever eaten at one or both?

I would love to hear some reviews of these restaurants!

Thanks,

Joanne

Garden Grill has a character meal with Farmer Mickey, Chip, Dale, and Pluto. It's a pre-plated meal, but all you care to eat. The restaurant slowly revolves, so the scenery changes. We have eaten there several times.

The Plaza restaurant on Main St. has traditional fare -- burgers, sandwiches, salads, ice cream sundaes. It's a nice sit down option if you aren't interested in a character meal.

Check out menus at www.allears.net

Never eaten at the Garden Grill, but The Plaza is a nice cool break especially for an early lunch. When we went, it wasn't crowded at all-great service and food.:)

We had lunch at plaza . Burger for me, tuna for DW and two mini cheese burger's for DGD. Great location food was good price was reasonable.

We haven't tried the Garden Grill yet but we have been to the Plaza 3 times and each time we had good service and food. Everything was hot and fresh. It is a nice break from the park. We'll definitely return.

We love the Plaza --- it's one of the few places where you can get excellent quality soup, sandwiches, and salad and be waited on. Plus, ice cream, although we never have room for it.

DH & I have eaten at the Garden Grill about 3 times now. Each time was delicious. Have not eaten at the Plaza Rest., though.

Thanks for all the replies!! It doesn't seem like anybody has anything negative to say about either place so that's great!

Where is the plaza on Main Street? I can't even recall seeing it. I might have gone there as a child. I seem to remember a woman in a long colonial type gown but maybe I'm confusing this with Liberty Tree Tavern.

Thanks,

Joanne

It is really not on Main Street, the Plaza Ice Cream Shop is on the corner and the restaurant is right around the corner on the way to Tomorrowland. You will have a great meal, we loved it there.

Garden Grill was one of our favorite meals of the entire trip. The character interaction was terrific, the food was yummy, and the way the booths are set up make you feel as if you are dining alone--very private. I really enjoyed that after eating almost every meal in the center of a room full of people, lol.

It will be a must-do on every trip from now on.

ANOTHER POSITIVE REVIEW for BOTH!!

We love both places. GG is great for the characters and you won't leave hungry! The food is very good there!

The Plaza is a wonderful escape from the chaos in the park, but you MUST NOT leave there without having an ice cream sundae for dessert, I swear their chocolate chip mint ice cream is out of this world, better than B&C IMHO, well I might get flamed for that, but everyone has their tastes right!!

For sure...check them out..you won't be disappointed!
