Perhaps it was addressed earlier and I just missed it but in terms of credits on the dining plan is it a CS or a TS?

Its a TS credit - I think if you aren't waiting in line and getting food on a tray you should expect it to cost a TS credit. At this restaurant you are seated, handed a menu, you're expected to tip, etc. Its just a little faster than the signatures!
