We are rethinking staying at a Deluxe on our next trip. When I looked what it did to our vacation budget, I made me look again at the all stars. We in fact like ASMo. Now that we are thinking of the All stars again, we are considering staying at one of the other ALL stars. We have only stayed at ASMo. My questions are these: Do the other two have that WDW feel or they more sports and music feels to them? Second, Is the transportation just as good as at the ASMo? Which of the two do you come to first when returning from the parks, music or sport?
Has anyone gotten a AAA rate for November 2003 yet? What did you get?
Last, has anyone ever gotten a roll a way bed at the ALL stars? How comfortable for a 10 year old and how much per night. We do not like the double beds and were thinking of a king with a roll a way for DS.
Thanks for the help.

We have stayed at all three All Stars. Regarding Sports, you are first on and first off the buses. If you stay at Surf's Up which is the preferred buildings, it reminded me of being in the tropical islands. Giant surf boards, giant palm trees. It did not remind me of sports at all. Even the washer/dryer location looks like a boathouse. I say Sports and Movies are the best. Music appeared to me to be the quietest.

I have stayed at ASMu and ASSp, but not ASMv. Both have that "Disney" feel that I come to expect at a WDW resort. I have visited all 3 resorts last year and I think they have the same feel to them. Of the 2 I've stayed at, I prefer ASSp. I am more of a sports fan than a music fan, so the themeing is a little more fun for me. I also think that ASSp has the best transportation of all of the All Stars. It's the first to be picked up and dropped off. In the morning the bus picks you up and wisks you away to the parks (usually) without stopping at the other All Stars. In the afternoon you may have to stop at the other resorts, but you have a seat since you got on first :). ASSp also is dropped off first coming back from the parks so you don't have to stand through 2 drop-offs.
